  • Lose the winter lbs and buy a couple new items to feel fresh

  • Get out of the heat at least a couple times - go up North roadtrip
  • Plan for Jakes friends to come over throughout the summer
  • Plan fresh summer cooking get good recipies and try them out...
  • Research free activities to do with Jake
  • Find fun stuff to do inside out of the heat, new games or something...

  • The key to change is to be proactive. I will not create change in a 'reactive' moment - but in a calm rational process
