RESOLUTIONS: Mindful eating

I will practice mindful eating. I will focus on my food even if I am eating at my desk at work. I will spend as much time as possible eating with co-workers. I will identify foods that I don't really like. I will practice gratitude at each meal.

Practice gratitude before I eat and while I eat.
Assess my hunger before I decide to eat.
Ask myself if I want to put that food into my body.

Even though the day is ending in total exhaustion, I know that gradually my life is moving more towards play, exploration, and relaxation, so long as I am patient.

Spending beyond my means feels ten times worse when I have to deal with the consequences. Better to be frugal, and deal with the knowledge that I am protecting myself.
