HAPPINESS HACKS On: Relationships & marriage

Don't forget to "say thank you", or "I appreciate what you did", it goes a long way to making a happy relationship. and make sure its also getting said back to you. Everyone like to feel acknowledged no matter how small the task.

In life no matter what age we have to do things we don't like. so we might as well find the benefit in doing it and make the most of it.

LISTS ME

  • take 10min out a day to exercise
  • when my kids want me to do something get up and do it w/o getting mad
  • get more energy
  • eat healthier
  • spend less on my kids
  • be happy with what I have
  • no impulse buys
  • put money away for a vacation
  • make the changes that will make me happier
  • lose weight
  • get caught up on bills
  • go outside more often
  • laugh more
  • act silly/ let loose
  • don't be so negative
  • be more patient
  • stop complaining

LISTS be a better wife

  • remeber my husband will annoy me, but that I also annoy him
  • let him do more and not get mad when its not done how I asked
  • take time out for the two of us
  • be more appreciative

LISTS kids

  • take a breather before I let myself get mad
  • explain instead of yelling
  • remember they are just kids
  • do at least one activity with each kid once a day
  • go outside more even if it is cold we will all feel better for it
  • get a better bedtime routine
  • try to see things through my kids view

RESOLUTIONS: Get daughter to sleep in own bed

My daughter needs to start sleeping in her onw bed, so my husband and I can have ours back

RESOLUTIONS: Weight loss

ok this sounds small, but I'm hoping the end result will be big. Instead of saying I want to lose 50lbs. I'm going to say I want to lose 2lbs this week. So this is my goal for the week, I WANT TO LOSE 2lbs. THIS WEEK!!!!!!
