PERSONAL COMMANDMENTS Things to do everyday

  • Be happy with where I am, not where I could be.
  • Take deep breaths.
  • When a person does something that upsets me, remind myself of three reasons why I love them anyway.
  • Stay focused on the present while planning for the future.
  • When it seems like it can't get worse, dance it off.
  • Smile more.
  • Say 'no' less. And if I really need to say 'no,' find a creative, not negative, way to say it.
  • Be healthy, not skinny.

GROUP RESOLUTION Speak Kindly and Stop Being Annoyed

We will focus on encouraging and listening to the people around us rather than on complaining.

I had an amazing weekend with friends, and the best part is they're still speaking to me even after watching me sing MMMBop at karaoke.

RESOLUTIONS: Social life

I will focus on having fun and not taking care of others, thus maximizing my happiness and hopefully helping others to work on taking care of themselves and being less reliant on my presence.
