RESOLUTIONS: But I don't wanna...

Because I know it is good for me and once I start I know I never mind doing it... I will try to push myself to consciously do at least one thing a day I don't want to do, but NEED to do. Some days this is as simple as taking a shower...

HAPPINESS HACKS On: Sleep & energy

I am young (well 33) and I hate to say it but, I need to sleep a lot. I do what I need to do to take care of me. I know if I don't sleep I will have a miserable day the next day. My bad mood then effects other peoples day.

RESOLUTIONS: To be or Not to be...

I want to get more exercise, just movement in my life. Too Sedintary for this age. No weight problems but worried it is effecting my health and emotional well-being.

PERSONAL COMMANDMENTS  

  1. Follow your instincts. I am learning to listen to my body more. I have always had a hard time making decisions but the more I listen to my body and how it feels over certain decisions it always tells me wish way I need to go to keep me healthy & strong.

when I tried smiling for the time I was in the shower and it actually did make me feel less grumpy at 6AM.
