Kind of a blah day--something physical off, but not sure what;(
I was able to identify specifically what I needed in a situation where I normally would not.
Try harder to pace myself so that if I am tired, I can rest or nap, and if I am hungry, I can eat. Simple, but so very important!
Validation that I retreat, isolate, go into myself when my routine is out of my control.
For yesterday and today, emergency eye surgery-thankful for kindness of Doug and all the physicians!

If I follow-through with what I understand I need to do to be happy, I am happy.
Happiness and joy are everywhere, and can be made of the simplest of things--the waitress who was so thrilled to receive a compliment that happiness was all over her face, the Spanish Down syndrome child whose joy could be seen with every action.
When work is the auto response, and is replaced with play, life is happier and joy is heightened.
Smile and the world smiles with you. Help comes even when you don't expect it.
Every day in the month of January, write down 1 thing that makes you happy. At the end of the month we'll have lots of ideas for the remaining 11 months to apply to our own Happiness Projects!
Flying with one's own wings makes happiness happier.

Being "others absorbed" instead of "self absorbed" equals greater happiness
Being "others" absorbed instead of "self" absorbed increases happiness.
My goal is at the end of the day, look at what was really significant in my journey today--what really mattered or was important--what did I see/realize along the way.....
What you do every day matters more than what you do once in a while.
You can choose what you do, but you can't choose what you "like" to do!
Whatever I do, say, do because it is really me, not to please someone else.
