LISTS Sugar Detox Diet

  • 21 Day Sugar Detox Diet. Start date: 4/12/10
  • 4/12 Headaches and fatigue
  • 4/13 headaches and fatigue, potluck, it felt good to not be obsessed with the food and to enjoy the company of others instead. High energy level all day. Energy was steady. Felt great. Took a late night walk.
  • 4/14 headaches are gone. I am kind of hungry but need to plan better to have food around. Some stress today, worked through it. Energy level was a 7 out of ten, yesterday was a ten. Lost a few pounds already. Have been exercising too.
  • 4/20 and 4/21 began again, feel tired tonight but no headache.
  • 4/22 tired today but enjoying how it feels to eat so many vegetables

RESOLUTIONS: Mindfully living my life with purpose, growth, love, grace, joy and self-acceptance.

I am going to Spain in exactly a year and am planning on creating concrete goals that I have chosen for myself that will move me towards becoming the self that I see reflected in God's eyes.

Spend 30 minutes per day working on my spanish software.
Practice eating mindfully at least three times a day
When faced with being right or being kind, choose kindness.
Exercise five times per week.
Look everyone I encounter in the eyes with confidence.
follow the sugar detox plan each day at 90% compliance
smile at least 10 times per day (mindfully)
Repeat five times per day,
When I am criticized, I will review the situation once, if I did the best I could, I will let it go and let the chips fall where they may. I cannot control what others think of me. I will advocate for myself if needed, but not play out a judgment game.
