HAPPINESS HACKS On: Productivity

For the longest time I wondered when I was ever going to feel like I finally "got my life together". Then I talked to some friends, and then some more people, and realized no one ever really feels that way. What a relief to have that need lifted!

I eat way too many sweets and things like cheese. Do not eat nearly enough vegetables.

I find that the pursuit of mindfulness is so important for me. My yoga class really helps with that. Other things that keep me in the moment: reading to my daughter, singing, cooking.
