HAPPINESS HACKS On: Mindfulness

Treat yourself to a mini holiday. Listening to a guided imagery/guided meditation is such a treat for me. It's a great escape from a busy day or if I'm feeling stressed. You can download them free from utube. Try it!!

RESOLUTIONS: Vitallity: Boost Energy

Do things that will allow me to have more energy and get more things accomplished without feeling tired all the time.

Take medications on time
Exercise at least x3 per week
loose weight (2-3 lbs this week) and every week afterwards
No more energy drinks
Stop procrastination. Do it now!! Work on getting tasks done on my to do list
Take my dog out for a walk x2 per week
Do 5-10 min's of guided imagery/meditation (morning or evening) per day
Drink more water (at least 2-3 bottles per day)

  • IMPROVE MY SELF-ESTEEM
  • LET GO OF THE PAST (It's pulling me down with alot of guilt, shame and regret)
  • STOP LIVING IN EMOTIONAL MIND (Don't let my emotions control me!!)
  • SLOW DOWN AND ENJOY LIFE. HAVE FUN. TAKE TIME TO PLAY

  • WORRY LESS ABOUT WHAT OTHERS THINK (Don't assume everyone is judging me)
  • MANAGE MY MONEY BETTER
