Day 5 - I'm beginning to learn the triggers and the signs. I believe if I can recognize when negative thoughts are coming in I can push them aside and move on. It just isn't that bad, it is within myself to become happy - no one else!

Day 4 - Not feeling as positive today upon waking. I have to fight this off, wind is blowing, husband is cold and extremely unattentive. Something isn't right with us and it is getting worse. I no longer think it is my imagination. No talking!

Day 2 - I concentrated all day yesterday on my feelings and reactions. I did better and felt stronger. I can do this. I can become strong again and reach my goals. Today I will continue working on my certification and be thankful for what I have.

STRESS DESTROYS! Keep it at bay and under check. Treat yourself as if you were caring for your child - eat healthy, always learn something new, be clean, be polite, be careful at what you do, and be thankful for what you have!

It was early this morning when I realized what my son had told me two days before meant I was pathetic and they don't enjoy me as they used to. At 53 years old I am accepting my past and changing my path. I have driven people away with my self-pity.
PERSONAL COMMANDMENTS Don't be pathetic - (sad, inadequate, pitiful, tender, worthless)!
- Believe in myself and accomplish my goals.
- Take hold once again and hang on for dear life.
- Control my self, my actions and no one elses.
GROUP RESOLUTION Speak Kindly and Stop Being Annoyed
We will focus on encouraging and listening to the people around us rather than on complaining.
RESOLUTIONS: Acceptance
Thank God each morning for what I DO have and for all He has done for me. Look around and see what I have to be thankful for.
