Really enjoying consciously trying to be a better mom but must remember to keep taking care of me as well. I am loving reading the Five Love Languages for Children and am starting to incorporate what I'm learning. I need to exercise.

For March my focus is on my children and playing more, plus keep doing what I was doing last month.

Day 27 Today I bought 2 new C.D's and feel so happy! I love listening to music when I clean and feel more motivated to do it. Every month I am going to buy myself a new C.D. which gives me a boost and does not cost much.

Day 22 some days I am doing really well, others not. I am trying my best but winter is not my best time. I am really going to try hard today to be able to check off most, if not all of my resolutions.

I read something the other day which has been helping me "Faith it till you make it." God has a plan for my life and I really need to just have faith knowing everything happens for a reason and it will all work out for the best.

So glad my family helped me today and now I am relaxing. I was feeling anxious earlier but that is gone now. I really am loving doing this project because it keeps me trying...to be better, healthier, happier.

This week has been tough for me. I am feeling tired and really wish it was warm outside. Winter is tough for me and my mom started radiation last week. I know if I keep on doing this project I will feel better.

Went to the waterpark with my husband and children. Had a headache but it was fun never the less. I got my storage room/meditation room cleaned yesterday, looks great. I really am accomplishing so much. Now time to relax and read.

Talked to my teenage daughter for hours today and it was really nice to be with her. We talked about so many things, teaching each other, being honest and loving. I am grateful for such a terrific daughter and the time we spend connecting.

HAPPINESS HACKS On: Family & children
One thing that makes me really happy and I've been doing it for years with my family, is at dinner we each take turns saying what were the worst and best parts of our day. I love this tradition and that we spend that time as a family.

Day 2 of starting my very own happiness project and I feel more hopeful and optimistic than I have in a long while. This month is dedicated to taking care of me and yesterday I started a meditation class. So happy I found this site!
