RESOLUTIONS: Kids

Enjoy spending time with each of them, celebrating achievements and encouraging them when they fall short. Be more aware and take control when needed, try to have family dinner daily and play games/ have fun at least weekly.

Aerobic exercise daily and yoga daily. Less caffeine and sugar, more fruits and veggies, vitamins daily. Sleep by 10:00, up at 6:00.
