LISTS Goals/things to to focus on for the rest of the year

  1. August - Energy/fitness/nutrition/overall physical, emotional, and mental health
  2. September - Money/evaluate spending habits and spend less
  3. October - Build a better marriage/appreciate my husband more for everything he does
  4. November - Work on communication/build better relationships with friends and family
  5. December - Run half-marathon/volunteer/focus less on materialistic things and focus on ones that are more meaningful

Be authentic and be the person you really are. 1. Stop trying to "fit in" 2. Follow your own compass 3. Live with an open hand. 4. Love the person you are. For one month, live purposefully and try and do one of these things every day.
