Bio
I am thrilled to have turned 30 in December 2009. However Feburary 2010 brought me a sudden break-up and a broken arm! In the midst of this I found Gretchen's book. I bounce back better than I used to but I still wanna grow. I value spirituality, health, time with friends and being a steady, sane social work student. I am an artist who isn't making anything currently and feel yucky about it. I am held back by disorganization, low energy, fear of embarassment and conflict, and a tendency towards guilt, anger and negativity. My best strengths are my ability to reflect people's feelings back at them, my generosity, my self-reliance and my wit. I try to delight in myself and my msiadventures. It's all a work in progress.
