The Happiness Project Toolbox is a free collection of eight tools to make it easier to make changes in your life to boost your happiness. These tools will help you set goals, keep your resolutions, reflect on your values, and pull together material that inspires you.
As you register your profile and use the tools, pay careful attention to the public/private distinction. We can all benefit from seeing each other's Resolutions, Personal Commandments, Inspiration Boards, etc. — but be sure to hit "private" if you don't want anyone else to see what you've posted!
